Gift Card Terms and Conditions
How Your Scoop Wholefoods Gift Card Works
Valid only Western Australia: Use your gift card at Scoop Wholefoods Cottesloe Store or online at our website www.scoopwholefoodsshop.com.au
Expiry: Your gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, as required by Australian Consumer Law. We'll send you a reminder before it expires.
Check your balance: You can check how much is left on your card anytime on our website or by asking at any store location.
Using Your Gift Card
Online: Enter your gift card code at checkout. If your order costs more than your gift card balance, you can pay the difference with a credit card or other payment method.
In-store: Just show your gift card (on your phone is fine) or give us the card number when you check out.
Partial payments: If you don't use the full amount, the remaining balance stays on your card for future use.
Important Stuff
Lost or stolen cards: We can replace lost or stolen gift cards if you can provide proof of purchase and the original card number. A replacement fee may apply.
Cash redemption: If your gift card balance is under $10, you can request the remaining balance as cash, as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Transfers: You can give your gift card to someone else - just share the card number and PIN with them.
Refunds: If you return something you bought with a gift card, we'll put the refund back on the original gift card or issue store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Technical problems: If something goes wrong with your gift card purchase or redemption, contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.
