Free pickup in Cottesloe, ready in four hours

Choose Pickup at the checkout and there is nothing to pay for delivery. We weigh and pack your order at 460 Stirling Highway and email you the moment it is ready, usually within four hours during trading hours. Bring the confirmation email and some ID when you collect.

Pickup is also the only way to get the refrigerated items, which cannot go in the post.

Delivery across Western Australia

Standard post anywhere in WA is $20 per parcel, sent with Australia Post and tracked. Perth metro usually takes 1 to 3 business days, regional WA 2 to 5, and remote WA 3 to 8.

We do not post outside Western Australia at the moment.

When your order leaves us

Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Anything ordered before 2pm AWST on a weekday is usually processed the same day. Weekend and public holiday orders go out on the next business day.

You will get tracking by email and text. Orders need a signature, and you can leave an Authority to Leave instruction at the checkout if you would rather we did not. Track anything at Australia Post with your order number.

How we pack it

Recyclable cardboard, cornstarch packing peanuts that break down, glass jars for the products that need them, and as little plastic as we can manage. If you are picking up, bring your own container and we will weigh it first.

Questions we get asked

Can I change the address after I order? Yes, if we have not packed it yet. Email us straight away.

Do you post interstate? Not at the moment, apart from the beach towels. We are a single shop in Cottesloe and we would rather post WA orders quickly than post everything slowly.

What if I am not home? Australia Post will leave a card with redelivery instructions, and most areas offer a safe drop.

Can I combine two orders? Often yes, if they are placed within a couple of hours of each other. Email us and we will check.
