Premium Australian adzuki beans provide sweet flavour and complete plant protein. These small red beans offer fibre and folate while delivering traditional Asian taste perfect for desserts and savoury dishes. Rinse and soak in water for 8 hours. Drain and refill the pot with at least three times more water than beans. Cook until soft and tender, about 45-60 minutes.
