Arborio Rice

A traditional Italian short-grain rice used to make creamy and smooth risotto. Aborio is high in fibre, protein and complex carbohydrates keeping you fuller for longer and assisting in digestive health. It also absorbs a lot of flavour when cooking so add in a variety of herbs and spices for additional taste and nutrient benefits! Cooks best on a low heat and slowly. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
