Biodynamic Organic Brown Rice

Grown in NSW, Australia, purely on rainwater, this biodynamic medium-grain brown rice is nutritious, delicious and sustainably grown. Brown rice is rich in fibre and helps to lower cholesterol and improve digestion. Can be used as a replacement to white rice whether as a side to curries or in stir-fries, salads and soups. To cook, use twice the amount of liquid to rice and can be cooked in a rice cooker or on the stove. Store brown rice in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
