A natural brown rice grain with nothing else added. An excellent source of vitamin B complex and a great simple mix to your gluten-free muesli base. Rich in fibre and makes for a great source of energy-boosting carbohydrates for your morning meal. Lightly roast with your favourite granola combination for extra crunch or leave as is and serve with milk or yoghurt and fruit. Makes an excellent gluten-free breakfast cereal.
