The fat pressed out of the cacao bean, in wafer form so it melts evenly without being chopped. One ingredient, nothing added. It smells like white chocolate and melts at body temperature.

Melt it and whisk in cacao powder and your own sweetener to make chocolate from scratch. Certified organic, beans grown in Peru.
