Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar

Crafted by heating a balsamic base in a large 100L pot, allowing for a slow reduction. This process thickens the vinegar, resulting in a rich texture, deep flavour reminiscent of traditional European balsamic. Goes especially well with ripened tomatoes or drizzled on strawberries.
