Carob has a chocolate caramel flavour and is naturally sweet and caffeine-free, therefore you don't need to add sugar when making most treats. Can be used in baking and makes a great carob hot chocolate. Carob is also rich in calcium and vitamins A and D. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
