Natural salts are free from anti-caking agents, as salt naturally absorbs mixture from the air, which is why table salt is always free-flowing. This is definitely the case with Celtic sea salt as it is more prone to absorbing moisture, but that's ok, store it in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
