Ideal for enhancing flavour to all foods. High in minerals. Can also be used on the body and in the bath to relax and absorb minerals through the skin. Seawater contains 84 minerals, the same 84 minerals that are found in our bodies. Celtic sea salt has been sustainably hand-harvested for centuries. Natural salts are free from anti-caking agents, as salt naturally absorbs mixture from the air, which is why table salt is always free-flowing. This is definitely the case with Celtic sea salt as it is more prone to absorbing moisture, but that's ok, store it in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
