Organic bread and pizza flour from Kialla Pure Foods, milled from Australian wheat. It is a strong flour at 12.5g of protein per 100g, milled from the whole grain with half the bran sieved off. That leaves a cream-coloured flour with more flavour than white bakers flour and a lighter crumb than wholemeal.
