Hibiscus Flower Tea Organic

Renowned to help lower blood pressure and reduce cholesterol levels. It releases a fantastic tart berry flavour and makes it incredibly enjoyable both hot and cold, even with some added fruits like lemon and blueberries. It also produces a beautiful deep magenta colour. To brew, use 1-3 tsp, and steep in hot water (90C-95C) and let steep for 2-5 minutes. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
