How does Pantry Refill work?

Excellent source of minerals, folate, protein, fibre and help to lower cholesterol. They are an excellent source of plant-based protein. Enjoy pureed, in a bean salad, in burritos and soups. To prepare, rinse and then soak the beans for 8 hours. Then cook in water for about 1 hour until soft and tender using three times more water than beans. Store dried lima beans in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
