Moong Dal Beans

A classic ingredient used in Indian cooking. High in iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, zinc, and vitamin K. They are an excellent source of plant-based protein too! Makes delicious, smooth and creamy dahl. They can also be used in soups and stews too. Store mung dahl in an airtight container and keep it in a cool, dry place.
