Oat Bran Organic

Oat bran comes from the outer layer of the oat groat making it incredibly high in fibre. The bran has been associated to lots of health benefits such as regulating blood sugar levels, lowering cholesterol, and improving digestion. Oat bran can be added to or made into a porridge, added to smoothies, granola, muffins, or even be used for crumbing fish or chicken. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
