Minimum order is $60. Delivery is a flat $20, or pick up from our Cottesloe shop for free.

Our Saffron Threads boast the highest quality saffron in Australia and New Zealand based on international standards through laboratory testing. Saffron is considered the most expensive spice in the world, due to the extremely labour-intensive process involved in harvesting these fine threads. This musty, honey-flavoured spice is best used in small quantities, often becoming bitter when overused. Most commonly used in risottos and paellas, this beautiful spice is a staple ingredient for Middle Eastern and European dishes.
