Instructions

Enjoy as a hot or cold latte or add to smoothies, pancakes or muffins.

For a hot latte, add 1 heaped tbsp of collagen chai and 1 cup milk of your choice to a small saucepan. Gently heat, stirring well. Be sure not to boil. Pour into mug through a tea strainer to avoid sediment in your brew.

For an iced latte, add 1 heaped tbsp to a tea strainer within a glass. Pour in 1/4 cup boiling water and allow to steep for 5 mins, remove strainer and top with ice and cold milk of your choice.
