Semolina

Semolina is made from Australian grown, coarsely ground wheat grain. It adds a lovely texture to pasta, pizza and puddings. It can also be used to prevent the sticking of doughs to surfaces while cooking. It contains healthy nutrients such as fibre, folate, iron, magnesium, and thiamine, and helps to regular blood pressure and control healthy cholesterol levels. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
