Spearmint Tea Organic

Spearmint makes a great after-meal cuppa to help cleanse the palate and aid digestion. It is known to assist in reducing digestive complaints such as nausea, indigestion, and flatulence. May also relieve bad breath and motion sickness.

Instructions

To brew, use 1–2 tsp and steep in hot water (90°C) for 3–5 minutes. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place
