Wholemeal bread, sourdough, pizza bases, muffins, pancakes, cakes and biscuits. you can also mix it half and half with white flour for a lighter crumb.

Storage

Keep it in an airtight jar in a cool, dry cupboard, away from sunlight.

In a Perth summer, store nuts, seeds and flours in the fridge so the natural oils stay fresh for longer.

WA delivery is a flat $20 per parcel.
