Traditional Peppermint Tea Organic

A calming tea, rich in antioxidants, that supports digestion and is a natural antiseptic and breath freshener. It is also said to improve headaches, gas and bloating. The relaxing effect of this tea is also said to help sleep. It is beautiful on its own but also pairs well with lots of herb and floral teas allowing you to pick and choose your perfect blend.

To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (88C-98C) for 3-4 minutes.
