Western Australia Handmade Sweet Chilli Jam

Say hello to one of our favourite condiments, sitting somewhere between a sweet chilli sauce and a chilli jam not quite set but with much more body than a sweet chilli sauce. a perfect balance of sweet and tangy with a good whack of heat. Made with cayenne peppers, a touch of cumin and turmeric, perfectly balanced between sweet and sour, this jam is sure to bring the flavour (and the heat!) Try it on smashed avocado and poached eggs, chicken burgers, seafood, or with tofu and rice.
