Minimum order is $60. Delivery is a flat $20, or pick up from our Cottesloe shop for free.

Not rice at all but the seed of a water grass, grade A cultivated in California. Four parts water to one, simmer until the grains split open, then drain. Nutty, with a peppery finish.
